يفسر Yora المحادثة ويقترح أو ينفذ، بحسب طلبك، إنشاء أو تعديل عناصر مثل المهام والمواعيد والتذكيرات والأهداف والعادات والروتين. كما يستخدمه في التخطيط الصباحي والمراجعة المسائية واقتراح خطوات عملية لهدفك.

قد تستخدم الخدمة مزودين مدعومين في البنية الحالية، مثل OpenAI أو Google Gemini أو Groq أو DeepSeek أو Qwen/DashScope، وفق الإعداد والتوفر ونوع الطلب. النسخ الصوتي وبعض قدرات الصور تستخدم خدمات OpenAI في التنفيذ الحالي.

2. ما الذي قد يُرسل للمعالجة؟

عند استخدام المحادثة، قد يُرسل نص رسالتك مع السياق اللازم للرد، مثل أجزاء من المحادثة والوقت والمنطقة الزمنية والخطة أو العناصر ذات الصلة. التسجيل الصوتي يُرفع للنسخ، وإذا أرسلت صورة فقد تُعالج لتنفيذ طلبك. لا ترسل أسرارًا أو محتوى لا تحتاجه المهمة.

إذا أدخلت مفتاح مزود خاصًا بك، يخزنه Yora مشفرًا في قاعدة البيانات ويستخدمه للاتصال بذلك المزود. تبقى معالجة المزود خاضعة لشروطه وسياساته.

3. متى تتحول المحادثة إلى فعل؟

تملك يورا أدوات داخلية لإنشاء وتعديل وحذف عناصر حسابك عندما يفهم النموذج أن طلبك يتطلب ذلك. لذلك قد تؤثر عبارة مثل «ذكريني بكرة الساعة ٤» في جدولك فعلًا. يعرض التطبيق بطاقات ونتائج تساعدك على مراجعة ما حدث؛ افتح العنصر وتأكد من التاريخ والوقت والتكرار.

4. كيف تعمل ذاكرة يورا؟

يمكن للنظام استنتاج حقائق أو تفضيلات من المحادثة وحفظها لتخصيص المساعدة. مركز الذاكرة يتيح لك مراجعة عناصر الذاكرة وتأكيدها أو تعديلها أو نسيانها وتصدير بياناتك. يمكنك تعطيل التعلم في الخلفية، كما أن استدعاء المعلومات الحساسة له تحكم منفصل.

الذاكرة ليست سجلًا كاملًا ولا تضمن تذكّر كل شيء. قد يكون الاستنتاج غير دقيق؛ صححه أو احذفه من مركز الذاكرة.

5. الحدود والمخاطر

• قد ينتج النموذج معلومة غير صحيحة أو يخلط بين الأشخاص أو التواريخ.
• العبارات الزمنية مثل «بكرة العصر» قد تكون ملتبسة؛ استخدم تاريخًا ووقتًا واضحين للأمور المهمة.
• الاقتراحات التنظيمية عامة وليست تشخيصًا أو علاجًا أو استشارة قانونية أو مالية.
• لا تستخدم Yora في الطوارئ. اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية أو بمختص مؤهل عند الحاجة.
• قد تتغير النماذج أو تتعطل خدمة مزود؛ قد يعيد Yora المحاولة أو يستخدم مزودًا مهيأً آخر.

6. أنت المتحكم

1. What does AI do?

Yora interprets conversation and, when requested, proposes or performs in-app creation and updates for tasks, appointments, reminders, goals, habits, and routines. It also supports morning planning, evening review, and practical goal steps.

The service may use providers supported by the current architecture, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, or Qwen/DashScope, depending on configuration, availability, and request type. Voice transcription and some image capabilities currently use OpenAI services.

2. What may be sent for processing?

When you chat, Yora may send the message and context needed to answer, such as parts of the conversation, time and time zone, plan, or relevant account items. Voice recordings are uploaded for transcription. A submitted image may be processed to fulfill the request. Do not send secrets or content the task does not need.

If you enter your own provider key, Yora stores it encrypted in the database and uses it to contact that provider. Provider processing remains subject to its terms and policies.

3. When does chat become an action?

Yora has internal tools that can create, edit, or delete account items when the model determines that your request calls for it. “Remind me tomorrow at 4” can therefore change your schedule. The app presents cards and results so you can review what happened; open the item and verify date, time, and recurrence.

4. How does Yora Memory work?

The system can infer facts or preferences from conversation and save them to personalize assistance. Memory Center lets you review, confirm, edit, or forget memory items and export your data. You can turn off background learning, while sensitive recall has a separate control.

Memory is not a complete record and does not guarantee that everything will be remembered. An inference can be wrong; correct or remove it in Memory Center.

5. Limitations and risks

• A model may produce false information or confuse people and dates.
• Time phrases such as “tomorrow afternoon” can be ambiguous; use an explicit date and time for important items.
• Organizational suggestions are general, not medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
• Do not use Yora for emergencies. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
• Models can change and providers can fail; Yora may retry or use another configured provider.

6. You are in control

Review results, edit or delete items, manage Memory in Settings, and export data or delete the account in the app. Read the Privacy Policy and Security page, or email support@useyora.com.
