1. القبول والأهلية

تسري هذه الشروط على تطبيق Yora وخدماته وموقعه العام. يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 سنة على الأقل، وأن تكون قادرًا قانونيًا على قبول هذه الشروط. إذا كنت تستخدم الخدمة نيابة عن جهة، فأنت تؤكد امتلاك الصلاحية اللازمة.

2. الحساب والأمان

• قد تسجل بالبريد وكلمة المرور أو عبر Sign in with Apple.
• قدم بيانات صحيحة وحدّث بريدك وتوقيتك عند تغيرهما.
• احمِ بيانات الدخول ولا تشارك رمز الجلسة أو رموز التحقق.
• أبلغنا عبر support@useyora.com إذا شككت في وصول غير مصرح.
• أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يجري عبر حسابك إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام.

3. طبيعة الخدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي

يورا مساعد حياة تنظيمي يستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي لفهم اللغة الطبيعية واقتراح أو إنشاء عناصر داخل التطبيق مثل المهام والمواعيد والتذكيرات والأهداف والعادات والروتين والخطط اليومية. قد تستخدم الخدمة مزود ذكاء اصطناعي خارجيًا مهيأ كما تشرح سياسة الخصوصية.

قد تنتج النماذج معلومات غير دقيقة، أو تفهم الوقت أو المقصد بصورة خاطئة، أو تنشئ عنصرًا يحتاج تصحيحًا. راجع دائمًا بطاقات التأكيد والمواعيد والتذكيرات والخطط قبل الاعتماد عليها. لا تضمن يورا تنفيذ حدث في العالم الخارجي أو تحقق نتيجة شخصية.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز لك:

• استخدام يورا لانتهاك نظام أو حقوق شخص آخر، أو لإنشاء محتوى ضار أو احتيالي أو استغلالي.
• محاولة الوصول إلى حساب أو سجل لا تملكه، أو تجاوز التحقق والحدود والحماية.
• الهندسة العكسية للخدمة أو اختبارها أمنيًا دون إذن مكتوب، باستثناء ما يسمح به النظام صراحة.
• استخدام الخدمة لإرسال رسائل مزعجة أو إساءة استخدام تكاليف الذكاء الاصطناعي أو الإشعارات.
• رفع أسرار أو بيانات تخص شخصًا آخر دون أساس مشروع أو موافقته.
• الاعتماد على يورا في حالات الطوارئ أو لاتخاذ قرار طبي أو قانوني أو مالي مهني.

5. التجربة والاشتراكات

قد توفر يورا تجربة موثقة لمدة 14 يومًا للمستخدم المؤهل. الأهلية محدودة وتُستخدم بصمات مجزأة لمنع تكرار التجربة ضمن نافذة مكافحة الإساءة.

• اشتراكات iPhone الحالية شهرية أو سنوية عبر Apple StoreKit فقط.
• يعرض التطبيق السعر والعملة المقدمين من Apple عند الشراء؛ قد تختلف الأسعار والضرائب حسب المتجر والبلد.
• يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تلغه من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple قبل موعد التجديد وفق شروط Apple.
• تدير Apple الفوترة والإلغاء وطلبات الاسترداد، وتخضع قرارات الاسترداد لسياساتها والنظام المطبق.
• يمكنك استخدام «استعادة مشتريات App Store» داخل شاشة الاشتراك.
• حذف تطبيق يورا أو حساب يورا لا يلغي اشتراك Apple تلقائيًا. ألغِ الاشتراك من Apple بشكل منفصل.

قد تتغير الميزات المتاحة لكل خطة. سيعرض التطبيق المزايا الحالية قبل الشراء.

6. محتواك والترخيص اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة

تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى الذي تدخله. تمنح الجهة المشغلة ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري لمعالجة هذا المحتوى وتخزينه ونقله بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل يورا وتخصيصها وحمايتها وتقديم الميزات التي تطلبها. لا يسمح هذا الترخيص ببيع محتواك أو استخدامه في الإعلانات.

أنت مسؤول عن امتلاك الحق في إدخال المحتوى، وعن مراجعته قبل مشاركته أو الاعتماد عليه.

7. ليست خدمة طوارئ أو استشارة مهنية

إذا واجهت حالة طارئة أو خطرًا على نفسك أو غيرك، اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية أو بشخص مؤهل فورًا. لا تعتمد على إشعار يورا وحده للأدوية أو السلامة أو المواعيد الحرجة.

8. التوفر والتغييرات

نسعى لتشغيل الخدمة بصورة موثوقة، لكن قد تتوقف بسبب الشبكة أو Apple أو مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي أو الصيانة أو أسباب خارجة عن السيطرة. قد نعدل الميزات أو الحدود أو نوقف جزءًا من الخدمة، وسنقدم إشعارًا مناسبًا عند التغييرات الجوهرية متى كان ذلك ممكنًا.

9. الإنهاء والحذف

يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف حسابك من الإعدادات. قد نعلّق أو ننهي حسابًا ينتهك هذه الشروط أو يعرّض الخدمة أو الآخرين للخطر، مع مراعاة المتطلبات النظامية. تظل الأحكام التي بطبيعتها تستمر بعد الإنهاء سارية، مثل الملكية وإخلاء المسؤولية وتسوية النزاعات.

10. الملكية الفكرية

يورا وواجهتها وشعارها وكودها ومحتواها المملوك محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. لا تمنحك هذه الشروط ملكية الخدمة أو حق إعادة توزيع التطبيق أو نسخه أو استخدام العلامة بما يوحي بالشراكة أو التأييد.

11. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، دون ضمان أن كل إجابة أو تذكير أو اقتراح خالٍ من الخطأ أو مناسب لغرضك. تتحمل مسؤولية مراجعة المخرجات والنسخ المهمة من بياناتك.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لا تكون الجهة المشغلة مسؤولة عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو خسارة أرباح أو بيانات ناشئة عن استخدام الخدمة. لا يحد هذا البند من مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا، وتُفسر الحدود وفق النظام المطبق.

12. القانون والتواصل والتغييرات

تنص الشروط الحالية في المشروع على خضوعها لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأن يكون الاختصاص للمحاكم المختصة في الرياض، مع مراعاة أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك لا يجوز التنازل عنها.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات. سنغيّر تاريخ التحديث ونقدم إشعارًا مناسبًا للتغييرات الجوهرية. للأسئلة القانونية: legal@useyora.com. للدعم: support@useyora.com.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These terms apply to the Yora app, services, and public website. You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Account and security

• You may register with email and password or use Sign in with Apple.
• Provide accurate information and update email and time zone when they change.
• Protect login credentials, session tokens, and verification codes.
• Email support@useyora.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for account activity to the extent permitted by law.

3. Service and artificial intelligence

Yora is an organizational life assistant that uses AI to understand natural language and suggest or create app items such as tasks, appointments, reminders, goals, habits, routines, and daily plans. It may use configured third-party AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Models may provide inaccurate information, misunderstand time or intent, or create an item that needs correction. Always review confirmation cards, dates, reminders, and plans. Yora does not guarantee an external real-world event or personal outcome.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Yora to violate law or another person’s rights, or create harmful, fraudulent, or exploitative content.
• Access accounts or records you do not own, or bypass verification, limits, or protection.
• Reverse engineer the service or conduct security testing without written permission, except where law expressly permits.
• Send spam or abuse AI, notification, or infrastructure costs.
• Upload another person’s secrets or data without a lawful basis or permission.
• Use the service for emergencies or professional medical, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Trial and subscriptions

Yora may offer an eligible user a verified 14-day trial. Eligibility is limited, and hashed identifiers help prevent repeated trials during the abuse-prevention window.

• Current iPhone subscriptions are monthly or annual and use Apple StoreKit only.
• The app shows the price and currency supplied by Apple; taxes and prices may vary by storefront and country.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in Apple subscription settings before renewal under Apple’s terms.
• Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests. Refund decisions follow Apple policy and applicable law.
• Use “Restore App Store purchases” on the subscription screen to restore entitlement.
• Deleting the Yora app or account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel it separately with Apple.

Features included in a plan may change. The app will show the current offer before purchase.

6. Your content and the license needed to operate Yora

You retain rights in content you enter. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, personalize, protect, and provide the features you request. This license does not permit selling your content or using it for ads.

You are responsible for having the right to enter content and for reviewing it before sharing or relying on it.

7. Not an emergency or professional-advice service

For an emergency or risk to yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified person immediately. Do not rely on a Yora notification alone for medication, safety, or critical appointments.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service, but it may be interrupted by network, Apple, AI providers, maintenance, or events beyond our control. We may modify features or limits or discontinue part of the service, with appropriate notice for material changes where practical.

9. Termination and deletion

You can stop using Yora and delete the account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or risks the service or others, subject to legal requirements. Provisions that naturally survive termination remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, and dispute terms.

10. Intellectual property

Yora, its interface, logo, code, and owned content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit redistribution, copying, or brand use that implies sponsorship or affiliation.

11. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that every answer, reminder, or suggestion is correct or fit for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and keeping important copies of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit or lost-data damages arising from use. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude, and all limits are interpreted under applicable law.

12. Governing law, contact, and changes

The project’s existing terms state that Saudi Arabian law governs and competent Riyadh courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
