افتح الإعدادات
سجّل الدخول إلى تطبيق Yora على iPhone، ثم افتح تبويب الملف الشخصي واختر «الإعدادات».
حذف الحساب
احذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل يورا
الحذف دائم ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. إذا كنت تريد نسخة من بياناتك، صدّرها أولًا من الإعدادات.
صدّر بياناتك اختياريًا
ضمن قسم الحساب اختر «تصدير البيانات». سيُنشئ التطبيق ملف JSON ويعرض ورقة المشاركة.
اختر حذف الحساب
ضمن قسم الحساب اضغط «حذف الحساب». ستظهر رسالة توضّح أن المحادثات والمواعيد والتفضيلات وبقية البيانات ستُحذف نهائيًا.
أكّد الحذف
اضغط «حذف» في رسالة التأكيد. يرسل التطبيق طلب حذف موثقًا بالجلسة، ثم يسجل خروجك عند نجاح العملية.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
تنفذ الخدمة عملية واحدة تحذف حسابك وجلساتك والبيانات التابعة المعروفة في قاعدة البيانات.
الحساب والملف
اسم المستخدم والبريد ومعرّف Apple والملف والصورة والتفضيلات والموافقات ورموز الدخول.
المحتوى اليومي
المحادثات والرسائل والمهام والمواعيد والتذكيرات والأهداف والعادات والروتين والخطط واليوميات والمصروفات والسجلات الأخرى.
الذاكرة والاستنتاجات
حقائق وسمات واهتمامات وعناصر الذاكرة والأدلة والمتجهات والملخصات المرتبطة بك.
الاشتراك داخل يورا
سجل استحقاق الاشتراك داخل قاعدة بيانات يورا؛ أما اشتراك App Store نفسه فتديره Apple ويجب إلغاؤه بشكل منفصل.
الاستثناء المحدود: قد تبقى بصمة مجزأة وغير مرتبطة بالحساب ضمن سجل منع تكرار التجربة حتى 12 شهرًا من استخدام التجربة. لا تحتوي البصمة على معرّف Apple أو الهاتف أو الجهاز الخام.
ألغِ اشتراك Apple بشكل منفصل
حذف حساب يورا أو التطبيق لا يلغي اشتراك App Store تلقائيًا. على iPhone افتح الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← Yora ← إلغاء الاشتراك. تبقى إدارة الفوترة والاسترداد لدى Apple.
لا تستطيع تسجيل الدخول؟
جرّب «نسيت كلمة المرور؟» أولًا. إذا تعذر الوصول، راسلنا من البريد المرتبط بالحساب واكتب اسم المستخدم واطلب حذف الحساب. سنطلب ما يكفي للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز التحقق.

Delete your account and data inside Yora
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy, export your data in Settings first.
Open Settings
Sign in to Yora on iPhone, open the profile tab, and choose Settings.
Optionally export data
In Account, choose Export Data. The app creates a JSON file and opens the share sheet.
Choose Delete Account
In Account, tap Delete Account. A message explains that chats, appointments, preferences, and other data will be permanently deleted.
Confirm deletion
Tap Delete in the confirmation. The app sends an authenticated deletion request and signs you out after success.
What is deleted?
The service runs one transaction that deletes the account, sessions, and known associated database records.
Account and profile
Username, email, Apple identifier, profile, picture, settings, consent records, and account tokens.
Daily content
Chats, messages, tasks, appointments, reminders, goals, habits, routines, plans, journals, expenses, and other logs.
Memory and inferences
Facts, traits, interests, memory items, evidence, vectors, and summaries associated with you.
Yora entitlement record
The Yora database subscription record. The App Store subscription itself is managed by Apple and must be canceled separately.
Limited exception: An unlinkable hashed fingerprint may remain in the repeated-trial prevention record for up to 12 months after trial use. It does not contain the raw Apple, phone, or device identifier.
Cancel Apple separately
Deleting the Yora account or app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Yora → Cancel Subscription. Apple continues to manage billing and refunds.
Cannot sign in?
Try Forgot Password first. If you still cannot access the account, email from the account address, include the username, and request deletion. We will ask for enough information to verify ownership. Never send a password or verification code.
